Our story
Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. Is the answer really a wellness day here and there, a fruit basket or fun Fridays, while people continue to deteriorate?
We believe we should be doing something different. Something sustainable. Something human.
We built the Capital 5 framework because the tools that actually work were not available in a format that reaches people safely, privately and where they are. There is no one-size-fits-all.
Lauren Thompson is an accredited Life Transformation Coach, NLP Practitioner, Negative Emotional Therapy Coach and Workplace Consultant. Twenty-five years across entrepreneurship, self-discovery and the corporate world gave her both the lived experience and the studied methodology to understand what it takes to rebuild when people break. She founded Lumora to put the Capital 5 framework into the hands of every employee, particularly those who are silently breaking and still showing up.
