What we collect on this website
- Details you send through the contact form: your name, work email, organisation, role, the reason for your enquiry and your message.
- Details you give us when you book a call through Calendly, only if you choose to open the booking calendar.
- Basic technical records kept by our web host, such as IP address, date and time, and pages requested, used for security and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are hosted on our own site.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange a call and, where relevant, tell you about Lumora and our programmes. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- Our website hosting and email providers, who process information on our behalf.
- Calendly, if you open the booking calendar, under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email privacy@capitalfive.co.za and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
The Lumora app
The Lumora app has its own privacy terms, available inside the app. In short: your data is private, confidential and handled in line with POPIA. Individual data, check-ins and journey entries are private and confidential. Organisations see aggregate, anonymised insight only. The single exception is a crisis: if Lumora detects someone may be at immediate risk, their name is shared so the organisation can run a safety check-in.
Electronic communications
These terms and any online transactions are subject to the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
